Fatigue and endless hours of training confront us with ourselves. In that process, fighting becomes a journey of inner transformation, and the internal martial arts become a tool for navigating that path. It was an incredible week. Not just because of the topic we explored together, but even more because we did it in a family-like atmosphere — without ego — in a topic where ego fast starts to dominate. And as always, I can say this: Xuan is special not because of the place or the teacher… But because of the people who make it what it is. Thank you — all of you.
发完跳远的再发一下三级跳的,三级跳可以说是最考验身体素质和技术动作的田径项目之一了,高中时完全没练过三级跳,当时高三自己稍微试着跳一下,发现好像能过13米,于是当时就跟老师说县赛的100米改为三级跳,想试一下看看能不能出成绩,结果也如愿,意外地跳了13.6拿了第二名,当时就感觉自己三级跳还是有点天赋的,想着大学看看能不能练一下,想练到更好的成绩,好奇自己的上限在哪里。可事实是三级跳并没有那么好练,太容易受伤了,身体素质和技术动作缺一不可,缺少其中之一就容易受伤。只能说还是得慢慢来吧,打铁还须自身硬,先养好伤,再踏实练好身体素质和技术动作。
